We make every effort to stay on schedule and ask patients to be on time as well. For your convenience, we will confirm your dental visit the day before the appointment. We respectfully request at least 48-hours notification for appointment changes or cancellations. We appreciate every effort you can make to give us as much notice as possible if you need to change an appointment. We appreciate payment for services on the day they are provided. If you have financial conditions that prevent you from keeping your account current, we will be happy to discuss our financial options with you. We are pleased to offer up to 100% interest free financing for 12-18 months on approved credit. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and most dental insurance plans. Our expert business team will assist you in receiving your dental benefits directly from the insurance company, so bring your insurance information with you. Please recognize, however, that dental insurance typically does not cover the entire cost of dental care. The final responsibility for payment is yours.
